Dr Welk completed his urology residency at the University of British Columbia and then completed additional clinical training at the University of Toronto, where he specialized in the evaluation and treatment of male and female incontinence, neurogenic bladder dysfunction, and male urethral stricture disease. Dr. Welk is an Associate Professor of Surgery (Urology) and Epidemiology & Biostatics at Western University.
