James N’Dow is EAU Adjunct Secretary General responsible for Education. He is Professor of Urological Surgery at the University of Aberdeen in Scotland. On behalf of the EAU, James is Coordinator of PIONEER, a €12M EU IMI funded project on prostate cancer big data, a European Multidisciplinary Consortium of 35 partners from 9 countries. He is also coordinating a second €21.3M EU IMI funded consortium of 36 partners called OPTIMA researching three solid cancers (Prostate, Breast and Lung cancers), again on behalf of the EAU.
